All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized partners. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

Your safety is our priority. In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.

If we cancel the tour due to weather, you will be offered:

• an alternative date, or
• a full refund

Minimum Participants

This tour requires a minimum number of participants. In the rare case that the minimum is not met, we will contact you in advance to offer:

• an alternative date,
• an alternative tour, or
• a full refund

Participant Responsibility

Participants must follow the instructions of the guide at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who:

• appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• behaves in a way that may endanger themselves or others

No refund will be given in such cases.

Fitness & Experience

No prior kayaking experience is required. However, participants should be in reasonable physical condition and comfortable in the water.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals may miss the tour and are considered no-shows. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Liability

Participation in outdoor activities involves certain risks. By booking this tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own responsibility.
